Pre-Orders

If you have any Pre-Order or Back-Order items on order with 'in stock items, the entire order will NOT be shipped out until we receive ALL of these Pre-Order / Back-Order items In-Stock.

 

To save delays in receiving your in-stock items please place separate orders. This also applies if ordering multiple series of figures. For example AEW Unrivaled 12 and 13 being in the same order would result in the whole order being shipped upon release of Series 13.

 

If you do not mind waiting then please proceed to order together to save on shipping costs. We can also arrange for items to be sent by paying additional postal charges if you later decide that you do not want to wait for all items to be in stock before your order ships. 

 

Returns

** Return Policy - Returns can be accepted up to 30 days after the packages are shipped out as long as the items are unopened and returned as received by you. Returns cannot be accepted if items are opened, worn or played with. Return postage is provided in the form of a printable label or a QR code which can be scanned at any post office.

Weekend Shipping

** Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday WILL NOT be processed until the following business day unless we have explicitly stated - INCLUDING NEXT DAY shipping.

Customs Fees

** Attention International Customers - Each country may have its own Customs Fees. These fees are NOT included in the total and are not the responsibility of Real Rasslin LTD. Delivery times can vary based on delivery method selected and potential customs delays.

 

FOR UK CUSTOMERS purchasing USA imports or PRE ORDERS please note ALL FEES AND USA - UK POST IS INCLUSIVE OF YOUR TOTAL PRICE AT CHECKOUT.

Cancellation By Us

** We reserve the right to cancel or partially cancel any order based on product availability.

Order On Demand

Please note order on demand items are non refundable and should be ordered only if you are 100% sure about the purchase of the item. See individual listings for more specific details.

1- exchange for a new item in line with the ordering process of that specific stocked item. 

2- A full refund if the item is returned at our cost (See returns information above). 

3- A partial refund of an amount in line with the visible damage as this does not affect the item's use or display-ability as the box they are in is not covered as that would be a MINT ON MINT CARD (MOMC) Guarantee not a Mint On Card guarantee.

4- A full refund to store credit and keep the item in extreme damage cases.

 

All items are refundable within reason. if delays have occured then we will always endeavour to keep you updated with any information we are passed by our suppliers. 

For refunds please simply email store@realrasslin.net and include any order numbers and one of the team will check your orders and the terms attached to that specific order for you and advise on what steps are next.
