WWE could be considering adding a new presentation element for the ringside commentary team after an entertaining segment on SmackDown.
A hilarious moment unfolded on last night’s WWE SmackDown when guest commentator Kevin Owens showed off some intriguing WWE tech.
Confirming that using a telestrator on commentary is possible (and absolutely hilarious), Kevin Owens took pause after a match between Grayson Waller and LA Knight to mock the former.
Pulling up moments from earlier in the match when Waller was doused with KO’s water bottle, Owens drew on the screen to point out Waller’s dejected face.
Then he called for footage from a recent edition of SmackDown in which he punched both Grayson Waller and Austin Theory in the face at the same time.
Using his abilities for freeze frame as well as drawing on screen, he would go on to later use arrows to further show off the upset duo after his double punch.
After the commercial break, there was an emotional segment recapping John Cena’s match against Solo Sikoa at Crown Jewel which spelled the end of his latest WWE run.
With the end of the SAG-AFTRA strike impacting Hollywood productions, Cena has a film to resume working on as he has previously spoken about.

When the show threw back to the commentary desk, Kevin Owens had an idea as to how to cheer up viewers: review the footage of him double punching Austin Theory and Grayson Waller yet again!
The bit seemed to enrage Theory who then came out to the ringside area with Grayson Waller with Austin theory first shoving KO.
With Waller then returning the favor by pouring a bottle of water over Kevin Owens’ head, he got back on the headset to say that he could take it but asked Kevin Patrick if they had just thrown an empty water bottle at him.
After the confirmation that it had happened, Kevin Owens excused himself to “go get suspended” and took the chance to wage a quick beatdown on Austin Theory and Grayson Waller.
Earlier it was made clear that if Kevin Owens physically got involved with any of the stars on the show, he would be suspended.
According to commentary he would now have to answer to Nick Aldis although they were grateful for him having filled in ahead of the main event.
