Unfortunately, the above products have been either lost or damaged beyond the possibility of sale after being returned to us.

However, some items are currently in transit with Royal Mail, having initially been considered lost but later recovered. These include:

Import Insanity Boxes

Chase Boxes

Any Unrivaled/Unmatched items from our recent sale

For those affected by damages and losses that are not in transit (items in paragraph 1), an automatic double refund in the form of a store voucher has been issued.

We are exploring the earliest date of reordering these items but are awaiting specific dates before making any definitive decisions.

Once a decision is reached, if we opt to reorder (which we are hoping to do), the items will be sent out, and half of the applied refunds will be removed. If by this point the points have been spent we will offer you the figures at half price when they arrive) If you chose a refund to your original payment method, it will be considered the final settlement of the issues.

If you prefer a refund to the original payment method, please send us an email with your order number, and we will assist you accordingly.

We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences caused by Royal Mail, and as a gesture of goodwill, we have issued a £10 voucher to those who experienced delays or lost packages, in addition to any other compensatory measures.
