We at Real Rasslin can confirm that
WWE SmackDown General Manager Nick Aldis has now responded to AJ Styles, who issued an ultimatum after threatening to no-show SmackDown.
AJ Styles is currently feuding with LA Knight, ahead of their singles clash at WWE WrestleMania 40.
With Knight previously ‘arrested’ after attacking Styles at his house after Styles previously skipped SmackDown, the former WWE Champion took to Twitter to send a message to Nick Aldis, stating that he won’t turn up to SmackDown as long as LA Knight is there.
Nick Aldis has now shared his own video message responding to Styles, which you can watch below.
Accepting Styles’ terms, Aldis said:
“Good afternoon everyone, it’s your SmackDown GM Nick Aldis. AJ Styles posted a very brief video earlier to social media addressing me, saying that he would only be in attendance tomorrow night on SmackDown if LA Knight was not in attendance.
“AJ, we’ve known each other for a long time, you know me well enough to know that I do not do business like this, but having said that the situation between you two has gotten out of hand. The last thing we need before the biggest WrestleMania of all time is a major incident involving law enforcement.
“You get your wish, I’ve asked LA Knight to stay away, he will not be in attendance tomorrow night on SmackDown. But AJ, he will be in attendance at WrestleMania and you two will go one-on-one, and there will be nowhere else to run.
“Oh and AJ, that’s the first and last time you give me an ultimatum.”
