Update on Bobby Lashley

A major update has emerged on Bobby Lashley’s status for WrestleMania 39, following some recent backstage uncertainty on what’s happening.

Following February’s Elimination Chamber Premium Live Event, Bobby Lashley began to feud with Bray Wyatt. This appeared to be the WrestleMania program for both stars, until it was reported that Bray Wyatt had been missing some WWE events due to an illness.

With Bray Wyatt’s status uncertain ahead of Wrestlemania on April 1st and 2nd, many have wondered if WWE has altered plans for Bobby Lashley.

Per WrestleVotes via GiveMeSport, there’s a plan to get Bobby Lashley on the WrestleMania card.

There have been discussions about a potential segment involving the All Mighty Bobby Lashley and LA Knight, WrestleVotes told GiveMeSport:

“A personal health issue on Bray Wyatt’s part is going to keep Bobby Lashley off the WrestleMania card.

“With that said, I know that there’s a backup plan… I do know that they’re gonna get Lashley on the card in some form.

“I heard the plans for Bobby had something to do with La Knight. I think there’s a tie-in with some type of segment that LA Knight is going to be involved in.”

Bobby Lashley has since confirmed that he will be in action at the Show of Shows, taking to Twitter to note:
