WWE IN DISCUSSIONS FOR ‘MORE ADULT’ THIRD HOUR OF RAW?

WWE Raw has been a three-hour show for over a decade now, officially becoming three hours every week back in July 2012 after Raw’s 1000th episode.

Over the years, WWE has taken several steps to try and ‘spice up’ the last hour of the show, which included Raw Underground and the ‘dark hour’ of Raw in 2019 when the lights were turned off.

Speaking at the JPMorgan Global TMT Teleconference, WWE CEO Nick Khan spoke about the show.

Nick Khan said that while he doesn’t anticipate there being a change to the length of the show, there have been discussions about what to do with the third hour of the show, and whether to make it ‘more adult’.

Nick Khan has said recently that WWE was open to the idea of SmackDown being moved to a different night.
