WWE 2K25 Release Details Revealed

There has been an update on when fans can expect to see the release of WWE 2K25 after a quarterly earnings call of a gaming giant.

As noted by Mike Straw, there was a WWE related revelation on a gaming company earnings call.

During Take-Two Interactive’s Q1 FY2025 call, the company confirmed that WWE 2K25 will release in Q4 of fiscal 2025, prior to March 31, 2025.

This lines up with the release dates of the previous three editions of the game after a gap between WWE 2K20 and 2K22.

The call also noted that WWE 2K24 “enhanced its profitability” and the game was praised for being the highest-rated in the series.

Take-Two is the parent company of several major publishing labels in the video game industry including 2K, Zynga and Rockstar Games.

WWE 2K24 featured cover stars Cody Rhodes, Rhea Ripley and Bianca Belair as focal points of different editions.

The game continues to release expansion DLC packs with recent controversy surrounding a pack that has been long announced but was just released on July 31, 2024.

The release of the Pat McAfee and Friends pack drawing ire from some in the fan base, mainly due to the exclusions of other current talents.

There are still two more DLC packs to come – the Global Superstars pack in September, and the WCW pack in November.
