Top Ten Monday After Raw Moments

The Monday after WrestleMania has become as anticipated as WrestleMania itself. Surprise returns, upset victories, and wild shenanigans abound.

11. Brock Lesner's 2007 Return

The Undertaker's steak became something that WWE fans looked forward to each year at WrestleMania. While it did not go without some horrible matches it was memoriable to many. It all started with Jimmy Snuka at Wrestlemania VII.

The match lasted a mere 4 min 20 seconds. It was also held in Los Angeles, California just like this years 'Mania. An Awesome moment for what the streak would mean for fans in years to come.

2. The End of The Streak

A debatable outcome, the end of the streak is still awesome. At this stage of Undertaker's career he has started only showing up on tv just a few months before WrestleMania. Nice ratings pops to see the Phenom. This also lent to the streak being special.


3. Daniel Bryan winning the Title at WrestleMania 30

A nice Awesome and feel good moment came when Daniel Bryan one the titles at WrestleMania 30. The months leading up to these two matches saw Bryan's popularity surge. Fans thought Daniel Bryan wouldn't even be in contendership for the title's at the start of the night.


4. The Miz defeats John Cena

This match has a year long build. It started with the Miz challenging John Cena and that challenge going unanswered. Each time as Cena refused to come out the Miz woudl increase his win rate against John Cena. The build would deter as the WWE introduced the Nexus. John Cena would battle the Nexus for months. During that time Miz would win the Money in the Bank Breifcase. Miz cashed it in on Randy Orton. John Cena would also win Elimination Chamber setting them on a collision course to end at WrestleMania 27. That night the match had to be restarted under No DQ rules. The Rock delivered a People's Elbow and the Miz got the win. Miz was the second heel to win a WrestleMania main event.


5. WrestlmeMania 2 being Broadcast from Three Locations.

WrestleMania was broadcast from New York, Chicago, and Los Angeles. While there was some issues where crowds just watched matches at other locations on a big screent that ruined the moments. The fact that it was broadcast from three locations when now days no company would dare try that feat again is awesom.

6. WrestleMania 25 Three on One Match

AA past meets present match up. For the months leading up to this event, Jericho had been besmirching the legens. Piper, Snuka, and Steamboat woudl all have singles matches and lose to Jericho. Eventaually the three legends would join forces against Chris Jericho at Wrestlemania. Chirs would take the victory but not the celebration taht night. Mickie Rouke and Ric Flair would be left standing at the end of the night.

7. WrestleMania X-8 Rock v Hogan

AThe most popular wrestlers of two generations met one on one at the 2002 Wrestlmania. The fans enjoyed every moment of the match in the Toronto Skydome. The younger man would eventually get a rare clean victory of Hulk Hogan. The two would embrace and fight off the NWO after the match.

8. WrestleMania from Madison Square Garden

AThis was a do or die event for the WWF. The nine match card was packed with celebrites and big feeling matches. A who's who of wrestlers in the 1980s was on the card: Andre, Hulk Hogan, Roddy Piper, Big John Stud, etc.

This like the begining of the streak was the start of awesome things to come.


9. Ric Flair's WWE Retirement

No, not this match.

The last match that Ric Flair had with Shawn Michaels. at WrestleMania 24, Two of the greatest wrestlers ever went toe-to-toe. The culmination of the match was a Sweet Chin Music to Flair as HBK mouthed "I love you".


10. Hogan slamming Andre

This moment seems to make all the lists. However, it isn't on here for no reason.

Hulk Hogan slamming and defeatig Andre has been made a lynch pin of WWE history. It was two of their biggest stars colliding and a seemingly invincible Andre falling to the now immortal Hulk Hogan.

The build up to the event saw Andre go from a face to a heel as Hulk seemingly started to over shadow him.

Additionally this was not the first person or time that Andre had been slammed. Harley Race previously slammed Andre twice in the 1970s; once while battling over the NWA Heaveyweight Championship in North Carolina. Hogan even did the event prevously at the WWF "Showdown at Shae".
