#1 Two Tag Teams dropped?
Ari Daivari & Tony Nese found themselves tag teaming for the 3rd week in a row, which had me thinking that this is becoming a “thing” rather than a “happy accident”. Before their main event match against BCC’s Claudio Castagnoli & Wheeler Yuta, they found themselves in a backstage interview with Lexy Nair.
During this interview my thoughts were confirmed, Mark Sterling referred to them both as “his clients”, right before Ari referred to the duo as a “tag team”. I commented a few weeks back on the Trustbusters being MIA since Parker Boudreaux left, but it would seem they have fizzled out entirely – with no explanation?! Also where does this leave Josh Woods and the Varsity Athletes? We need answers!
