#1 He’s got moves!
Well... at least one. Stokely Hathaway is the main feature of this week’s top takeaway! He accompanied out his fellow Firm members again this week; Matt Hardy, Isiah Kassidy & Canada’s own Ethan Page. Despite being a fellow Canadian, Ethan wasn’t welcomed with a great reception, but the fan’s did love the way Isiah changed up his catchphrase to “Awwh yeah – EH!”.
The Firm didn’t mess around putting their 3 local opponents away, and Stokely was noticeably pissed throughout the match, something to do with facing Hook this week I imagine. But after the match, he showed us what he’s truly capable of when he applied a dragon sleeper to an already beaten wrestler. Good luck on Wednesday!
#2 Dark Debut
Naturally Limitless made their tag team Dark debut this week, with the two veterans picking up the victory against 2 local guys. This would only be their 2nd match together, after Dustin Rhodes & Keith Lee beat Swerve Strickland & Parker Boudreaux a handful of weeks back.
Some would probably see this as a demotion for the former tag champ – Keith Lee, but perhaps it’s more of an opportunity for the 2 to hone their tag team skills away from the bright lights of Dynamite/Rampage.
#3 Canada is JAS Country
All members of the Jericho Appreciation Society were in action during the tapings that took place in Canada, except for the 2 women of the group (Tay Melo & Anna Jay) who haven’t been seen since their street fight.
After Jericho, Garcia & Guevara rocked Dynamite’s main event, and 2point0 featured on Rampage, on Elevation, it was Jake Hager’s turn. He went up against debuting Adam Knight, who actually managed to take Hager off his feet with a clothesline! Unfortunately for Knight, Hager put him away with a Hager Bomb, right after proclaiming “I like this hat!”
