The opening for television was the contract signing for the TBS title. Britt Baker came out first. Mone was of course accompanied by Kamille. The crowd seems to just follow when to chant CEO. After the initial CEO chants rang out, Mone got nothing but boos. DMD got lots of cheers. Britt Baker boiled down to her wanting to be a person who inspired her. Then she attacked Kamille. No real contact was made but Britt still took out both ladies.
Young Mr. Billington got the better of Jericho in the feeling out process. Billington followed Chris Jericho to the outside and that ended up being a mistake as the Big Bill and Bryan Keith attacked as soon as Aubrey Edwards was not looking. Jericho and Billington had a good match. Jericho is definitely not liked by the crowd. Billington hits a tombstone piledriver. Then he goes to the top but does a crossbody to Bryan Keith. Code Breaker off a Flying Headbutt attempt secures the FTW Champion the win.
This is a match to just fill time. There is no way that they will remove Toni Storm from the All In match. The only thing that could happen is force a triple threat. Something that would hurt the work that Mariah May and Toni Storm have done. Storm starts it with an arm drag. Slower match. The fans are behind Storm big time. Saraya gets the advantage when Toni tries to pull Saraya back into the ring. Toni Storm takes control off a headbutt. Ring positioning saved the belt for Storm as she grabbed the ropes after a DDT to stop the count. Harley Cameron distracts the ref and gets a kiss from Toni Storm. Saraya also gets a kiss from Toni Storm before a Storm Zero. That secured the win for Toni Storm.
Maria May attacked with the shoe after the match. She cradled Storm's head before laying in the ring. They did good to refocus to the upcoming match on Sunday to Toni and Mariah May.
Another no physicality segment. The Cardiff Choir is singing to Will Ospreay. It may just be his name but it is blowing the roof off the arena. MJF is dressed in Red, White, and Blue. Will likens his popularity in Wales to them having watched his journey and list off some of the venues he has wrestled. "Bang and the dirt is gone" is a promise from Ospreay for his match against MJF on Sunday. MJF says he was begged to clean up a mess from Ospreay is the reason he even came back. This segment wasn't that great. They just argued over who is cleaning up whose mess and if the fans love them. MJF does cross a line for Ospreay by including his family. This gets MJF attacked. Only 100k pounds fine. MJF does get the better of the exchange. This makes Will Ospreay a bit of an underdog for All In.
Okada and Castagnoli start off looking even. Tony Schiovane announced that Claudio will not be at All In as he is going to Mexico on Friday. This match is definitely in the style of Okada. Some hard hits by both men. Well really the brawling style fits both men. The fans chant for the Rainmaker. Deadlift into a vertical suplex by Claudio. Claudio then starts delivering uppercuts to Okada. Okada and Castagnoli exchange forearm strikes. Claudio wins the exchange. Claudio has the advantage in regards to slugging it out. Claudio with a gut wrench slam. Okada prevents a superplex. Okada leapes over and delivers a shotgun drop kick to Claudio. Elbow drop by Okada. Okada fakes a Rainmaker pose and delivers a middle finger. This allows Claudio time to recover and deliver a big swing. Claudio dodges the Rainmaker and counters with a Flying European Uppercut. This is shortly before the 19th minute of the match. The announcement of a minute remaining put both men in a rush to finish the match. A New York Minute went by. Time Limit Draw. Okada retains as could be predicted once Claudio was announced to be in Mexico this weekend. They waste no time getting into the next match.
The main event for the Television taping is a Trio match. The Elite versus Darby Allin and FTR. The match starts off hot. Jack Perry quickly tags out when Darby is tagged in. The Elite take control. A nice penalty kick electric chair combo from the Young Bucks to Darby on the outside. Dax Harwood gets tagged in and beats down The Elite. Near fall on Cash by Jack Perry. The Bucks go for a EVP trigger but Cash ducks. Perry gets taken out. FTR and Darby all lock in a Scorpion Deathlock. Dax and Matthew are the two that face off right before everyone started to hit their spots. Darby does a Matrix type move to doge a running knee from Jack Perry. Jack received a shatter machine for his trouble. Darby would hit a Coffin Drop on Matthew Jackson for the win.
Moderated by Nigel McGuiness. This segment won't be bias at all. Nigel starts it off with running Danielson down before he even comes out. Danielson runs out. Everyone clears the ring. Danielson seems fired up. This episode ends with yes chants.
This show was taped earlier than it aired on TBS. Also a heck of a long overrun. Overall for a go home episode of Dynamite not too bad. The crowd was very lively but that is to be expected from a market that doesn't get AEW or WWE except maybe once a year.
