Former TNA Knockout and WWE developmental Talent Rhaka Khan, real name Trenesha Biggers, has been given the legal ability to continue with a lawsuit against at least 12 different defendants.
The complaint was filed in the U.S. District Court Southern District of New York during the month of October 2022. She has alleged criminal conspiracy in a court case from 2019 that involved interfering with child custody and aggravated kidnapping facilitate. In Texas, where the Bigger's own legal woes seem to have started, interfering with child custody is a felony defined as “taking or retaining a child when that person knows that the taking or detention of the child violates a judgment or order.”
Among those listed in the lawsuit are NBA legend Michael Jordan, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, and Mick Foley. Also included is the deceased Chris Benoit (1967-2007). Several defunct businesses, Including Panda Energy, Florida Championship Wrestling, and Deep South Wrestling.
Biggers is seeking 3 billion in damages. This court case was allowed to move forward with the court fees being paid by Biggers in advance. None of the defendants have been served notice at the time of the writing of this article.
