Warner Brothers Discovery (WBD) have seemed to change their minds on allowing Mark Briscoe to appear on TV. After reports of just last night that WBD was standing firm on their no Briscoes rule based on Tweets Jay Briscoe had put out over ten years ago. As can be seen on the official Twitter of Tony Khan Mark Briscoe will face Jay Lethal who was a longtime foe of Jay Briscoe in Ring of Honor.
