The show kicks off with Rene introducing MJF. TBS audio is a little echoing. Adam Cole is on via internet call. Cole suggests for MJF to take up the offer of Samoa Joe. This segment ended with a shot of the man/woman in the devil mask.
As you can see by the graphic the opening contest was for the International Championship. Claudio is accompanied to the ring by Wheeler Yuta. Orange Cassidy is by himself. This is the first singles match between the two men. Castagnoli shows his power and size advantage early in the match. Orange Cassidy is being a ragdoll worse then usual. Orange does reverse some by slamming Claudio's head into the top turnbuckle 8 times. Claudio reverses the offence when Orange jumps off the top rope. Some random old man looked like he was trying to brace Castagnoli as he was attacked by Orange. Claudio then press slammed Orange onto the guardrail. Hook comes down to watch this got both Yuta and Hook removed from ringside. Poor ref work in my opinion. Neither man had done anything. Claudio Castagnoli did a massive delayed superplex. Cassidy then rolls to the outside. Claudio had both shoulders driven into the post. One by him missing Orange Cassidy and the other by Cassidy drop kicking him. NIce transition into the Giant Swing then from that to a Scorpion Death Lock. Which for the record that came from Riki Choshu and popularized by Sting. Scorpion Death Lock is also the original American name. Orange puts his hands in the pockets while in a sleeper. Orange hits a Orange punch followed by a beach break. Claudio rolled out of the ring. Orange Cassidy wins off a hurricanrana.
After the match Mox comes to the ring. Orange Cassidy charges into the ring past Castagnoli. Mox beats down Orange. Claudio only joins in after security is sent out.
The match started with all men in the ring. The Elite would eventually clear the ring so they can jump out onto the Mogul Embassy. Really looking like a greatest hits record of The Elite right now. Swerve interrupts the match as The Elite have the advantage. Hangman runs out after Swerve. When the numbers changed to being in the Gates of Agony's favor they quickly regained the titles. After the match Matt Jackson threw a little fit.
Edge thanks Schiovane before mentioning how Sting got in his face last week. Christian comes out and stopped Adam Copeland before he really started going. Mentioned how Darby was out on injury and Adam Copeland can be easily injured. Christian Cage and his group then beat down Adam Copeland. Sting and Darby come out for the save. Copeland will team with Darby at Full Gear.
Former JAS against Jericho and his fellow Winnipeg man Kenny Omega. I feel like Kyle Fletcher has been a man of unfortunate circumstances by getting thrown into this story as he is joining Don Callis at commentary. Daddy Magic and Cool Hand Ang jump start the match. Chris Jericho is able to reverse those fortunes with some chops. Jericho and Omega execute a nice double shoulder block. Some nice back and forth action. I just get the feeling that the Don Callis family will attack at any moment. Jericho does survive a hit by the bat that is at ringside. Jericho ducks for a second then hits a Judas Effect for the win. Callis issues a tag team street fight challenge to Kenny Omega and Christ Jericho for in two weeks. They accepted. Kenny turns it into a 8 man. Kenny and Chris will be joined by Paul Wight and Kota Ibushii.
Willow is able to overpower Hikaru. Clean break by the two ladies on the rope. While not being overly dominate Willow Nightingale does continue to show off her power. Diving Cross Body by Shida from the middle rope to the outside. Shida locks Willow into a camel clutch. Willow easily powers out. Willow with a spinebuster for a near fall. Willow Nightingale's drop kick does not look impressive like Okada's drop kick, but the way she looks when she hits the mat looks painful for her opponets. Avalanche falcon arrow and Nightingale kicks out at one. After a Death Valley Driver Hikaru Shida kicks barely at two. Katana to Willow Nightingale for the victory.
Timeless Toni Storm steals the spotlight. However, Shida attacks and takes her out. Julia Hart turns out the lights and appears behind Willow. Julia offers her hand. Sky Blue comes out to shoot blue mist into Julia Hart's face. That was not a good misting.
It looks like MJF choose the Acclaimed that or at least they came out before MJF. Max Caster had to be censored for the first time in a long time on his rap. MJF comes out in all pink attire. This will most likely be an action figure. This combo was not a suprise as people could make out the Acclaimed's silhouette. MJF wants to start the match against Jay White. White does the heat gaining move of backing into the corner. Juice and Anthony start off the real action in the match. When Austin Gunn gets tagged in so does Daddy Ass. Father versus Ass Boy. Billy GUnn is beating dominating his son before Jay White is tagged in. Jay White tricks Billy into trying for a test of strength but that does not create a clear advantage. Jay White delivers a few drangon screws to Bowens. Bowens after taking the beat down is able to tag in Billy Gunn for him to take on Colton Gunn. Just as MJF was going to scissor with his teammates but Bullet Club Gold pulled them out. Max Friedman has a look of concern on his face as he sees that he will have to willingly tag in from Max Caster to have a chage of winning. Jay White gets a near fall on Max Caster. Max Caster finally tags in MJF. The tag fans have been waiting for all night. MJF pretty much clears the ring before chasing down Jay White. MJF counters a 3:10 to Yuma then a double Kangaroo Kick. Blade Runner our of no where by Jay White for the win.
We at Real Rasslin would like to wish Penelope Ford a speedy recovery from her recent hip surgery.
